Albany Assistance supply vehicles in a number of ways.

Credit Hire Services:

• offer, where appropriate, a like for like replacement vehicle under a credit agreement - recovering the costs from the at fault driver's insurance company. Vehicles can be delivered to any registered UK address at a time and location agreed with the customer (service levels can be agreed)
• offer customers a credit protection insurance product to protect against any un-recovered hire charges
  

Replacement Vehicle Product:

• provides you with a lucrative ancillary income stream
• keeps private car and motorcycle owners and the owners and managers of commercial fleets mobile where insurers and repairers would not usually provide replacement vehicles or courtesy cars
• tailors cover to meet a range of circumstances relevant to the needs of your customer base
  

Direct Hire Services:

• provide a direct hire service to insurers and intermediaries on a competitive daily tariff basis in exchange for fixed billing periods and volume referrals
